1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Eduarda Barros USA website (eduardabarrosusa.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Eduarda Barros USA is a division of Ateliê Edna Barros, a Brazilian company with over 30 years of experience in luxury baby bedding.

2. Services Description

Eduarda Barros USA provides custom-designed, handcrafted luxury baby bedding and nursery décor. Our services include:

  • Personalized design consultations (via video call or WhatsApp)
  • Custom fabric selection and color palette development
  • Physical fabric sample delivery
  • Handcrafted production of baby bedding, nursery décor, and accessories
  • International shipping via DHL Express or FedEx

3. Custom Orders & Design Process

All orders are custom-made and follow a 4-step approval process:

  1. Consultation: Free 15-minute video call to discuss your vision
  2. Design Proposal: Custom proposal with fabric options (delivered within 3-5 business days)
  3. Fabric Samples: Physical samples shipped to your address for approval
  4. Final Approval: You approve every detail before production begins

Production begins only after final written approval. Estimated production time is 9-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.

4. Pricing & Payment

Our collections start at the following price points:

  • The Signature: From $3,700
  • The Bespoke: From $7,500
  • The Royal Heirloom: From $10,200

Final pricing depends on the specific design, materials, and customization requested. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For orders above $7,500, we offer 2 installments at no additional cost.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped internationally from Brazil via DHL Express or FedEx. Estimated delivery time after production is 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are included in the quoted price for orders within the continental United States. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Eduarda Barros USA are original and exclusive. We never repeat a design. The intellectual property of all designs, patterns, and embroidery motifs remains with Eduarda Barros USA. Clients receive the physical products but not the reproduction rights to the designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eduarda Barros USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
